All our staff have been vaccinated. Guests must bring 1st dose certificate along with RTPCR test OR a double dose vaccination certificate.

Check-in time is 1:00 PM. Whilst the hotel's check-out time is 12:00 noon, we do understand that at times, this may not be very convenient. Should you require a late check-out, please contact Reception who will make every effort to accommodate your request subject to availability. Late check-out charges will apply.

All guests are required to produce a valid government approved ID (passport, driving license, PAN card, voter ID, Aadhaar card) at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must also produce a valid visa. All guests must be 18 years or over to book a room in the hotel.

Children below 5 years of age stay free of charge. Extra bed & breakfast will not be provided. Please note that a maximum of 1 child in a Double deluxe room or 2 children in a Double Deluxe Suite are allowed. We permit only 2 persons in a Deluxe Attic room. There will be a room charge of Rs 500 plus GST for children from 5 years to 12 years without an extra bed, including breakfast. Extra beds are subject to a nightly fee.

The hotel only permits one extra bed in a double deluxe room for a child aged upto 12 years. No extra beds are permitted in an Attic room. The only room where we can accommodate an extra adult is in the deluxe Suite rooms.

We are pleased to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs upon request, subject to availability. In the case of a late checkout before 6pm, an additional half day charge will apply. For checkouts after 6pm, a full day charge will apply.

We do not permit smoking in the hotel.

We accept Cash / Master or Visa Debit and Credit Cards. 50% Advance is required to confirm booking. Balance 50% will be collected at the time of Check In.

If you cancel your booking made 1 month prior to your check in date between 8th Jan to 31st March & from 21st June to 27th Sept we will give you full refund less 25% administration charges. If you cancel less than a month of your arrival date there will be no refund. We have a No Refund policy for dates - 1st April to 20th June & from 28th Sept to 7th Jan. Postponement or Preponement of a booking date will be treated as a cancellation and normal reservation and cancellation terms will apply.

Hotel Shangri-la Regency accepts no liability for cancellations, delays or changes that are caused by war, threat of war, airport closures, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, loss of or damage to any personal property of the guests.
